At Terran Build Inc., we are committed to delivering your residential fiberglass doors safely, efficiently, and as promptly as possible. Our shipping process is designed with reliability and transparency in mind to ensure your home improvement project stays on track. Please review our shipping policy in full to understand the logistics involved and ensure a smooth delivery experience.


Shipping Method

All Terran Build products are shipped via reputable national LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. These carriers are chosen for their experience and professionalism in handling large, high-quality architectural components like residential door systems.

Shipping & Handling Time

  • Standard Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and order volume.

  • Transit Time: Delivery times may vary based on destination, site accessibility, and weather conditions.

  • Remote Areas: Please note that remote or hard-to-access locations may require additional lead time due to the nature of specialized freight logistics.

Freight Delivery Terms

  • Curbside Delivery: Our standard shipping includes curbside drop-off at the nearest accessible point where the delivery truck can safely park (typically the end of your driveway).

  • Unloading Requirements: The crate will not be moved beyond this drop-off point by the driver. Customers are responsible for having the necessary equipment or manpower available to move the door unit to its final location or indoor storage.

  • Additional Handling: If additional services are needed—such as "white glove" delivery or moving the crate into a garage or building—additional fees will apply. Please notify us at sales@terranbuild.com in advance if such services are required so we can coordinate with the freight carrier.

Receiving & Inspection

Your fiberglass door is a precision-engineered product. Upon delivery:

  1. Inspect the crate thoroughly for any visible signs of external damage.

  2. If damage is present, you must note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) provided by the freight carrier at the time of delivery.

  3. It is the responsibility of the customer to report any concealed damage within 14 calendar days of delivery to qualify for warranty or replacement coverage. Claims submitted after this 14-day window may not be eligible for resolution under our standard policy.


Additional Notes

  • Delivery Windows: Deliveries are made during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Please ensure a designated person is available to receive and inspect the shipment at the delivery address.

  • Packaging: We recommend retaining all packaging materials and crating until the door has been fully installed and inspected.
